Who we are
A small Manchester company that builds what it runs
Forenax builds and runs its own automation system for accountancy practices. The people who run Forenax set it up for you and look after it, with the engineers who built it on call for anything that needs code. No call centre, and no reseller in the middle.
We work with a small number of practices at a time, starting in Greater Manchester, and we’d rather do one job well for you than sell you a platform.

Why practices
The work that sits between a practice and its clients
Small practices already have good software for the accountancy itself. What eats their week is everything around it: asking clients for records, reminding them, reading what comes back, filing it, and noticing who has gone quiet.
With Making Tax Digital for Income Tax moving sole traders and landlords to quarterly updates, that work can now happen four times a year for every client in scope, before the return itself. It’s repetitive, it follows rules, and it still needs care, because it involves the practice’s clients and their data.
That’s the job Forenax does. We build and run our own system for it, with engineers who work on test data, AI that only drafts, reads and suggests, with fixed rules deciding, and a person at the practice approving what goes out.
