We’re asking practices in Greater Manchester for 30 minutes to understand how the work actually happens. There’s nothing to buy in this conversation and we won’t bring a demo.
What it is
30 minutes at your office, over a coffee nearby, or on a video call. You walk us through a recent week: what came in, who chased what, and what happens when a client goes quiet.
What you get
A one-page map of your week within 48 hours, showing where work waits and which step costs most. Practices usually find it useful on its own.
Recording
Only if you agree, and we ask again when we start. The recording is used to draw the map accurately and deleted once the map is done.
What happens after
Nothing, unless you want it to. We check the map with you on a short call. If one step is worth taking off your team, we’ll show you what that looks like, in five minutes, and tell you the price. Forenax sets up automation for practices, so we do hope some of these conversations lead to work; the map is yours either way.
